Seven years ago we called Bainbridge for a quote and thought they were too high, so we went with a lower priced contractor who told us the project would take 3 months. After 11 months of work the contractor went bankrupt, and we had to finish the project on our own. This time, when we chose to do another project of the same size, we used Bainbridge. I am writing to let you know how pleased we are with the remodeling project on our home in Glynmoor Lakes. Our project was fairly complicated since it involved moderate to extensive work in 5 separate areas of our home. We completely redid the master bath, added a walk-in pantry in the kitchen area, relocated a downstairs powder room, and also freshened up an upstairs secondary bathroom, study area and wet bar area. No company in business today is any better that its people will allow it to be. You are to be commended on the team you have built at Bainbridge Crew. Their attitude is customer friendly. We would like to express our appreciation for our beautifully remodeled bathroom and for the way the entire project was handled from beginning to end. When we called, we were put in touch with Greg Handzlik. He came out to our house and drew up plans for a new, modern bathroom that we would never have thought could happen in the small space we had available. Greg is a very talented artist and has great insight. We now see the finished project that was Greg’s vision, and it is wonderful! We are both absolutely delighted with the outcome and feel that the enjoyment we will get out of our new bathroom is more than worth the investment of money required. Also all of the sub-contractors were courteous, did their jobs well and in a timely fashion. We cannot find one flaw or one imperfection in our new bathroom. I feel compelled to share with you the satisfaction and positive experience both my wife and I have experienced over the 10-12 weeks the Bainbridge Crew worked with us.
